We are looking for a talented and driven Cultivation System Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Novelgen. Our mission is to develop advanced biomanufacturing platforms that integrate IoT sensing, AI-driven control, and large-scale cultivation technologies to accelerate sustainable production of valuable biological resources.

Your Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you will:
• Design and implement software for real-time monitoring and control of large-scale cultivation systems
• Develop data acquisition, visualization, and analytics pipelines for IoT sensor networks
• Collaborate with biologists and process engineers to integrate AI-based predictive models into cultivation workflows
• Build robust interfaces for automated control of nutrient supply, CO₂ injection, and environmental parameters

Hardware Engineer for Smart Biomanufactuiring

We are seeking a highly motivated Hardware Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team at Novelgen. Our mission is to revolutionize sustainable biomanufacturing by developing smart cultivation systems that integrate IoT sensing, AI-driven control, and scalable bioprocessing technologies.

Your Role

As a Hardware Engineer, you will:
• Design and prototype mechanical and electronic components for cultivation and monitoring systems
• Develop sensor integration solutions for real-time data collection (temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, CO₂, etc.)
• Work on automation hardware, including pumps, actuators, and environmental control devices
• Collaborate with software engineers to build IoT-enabled devices and embedded systems
• Lead testing, validation, and scaling of hardware components for pilot and industrial systems

What We’re Looking For
• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping, PCB design, or embedded systems
• Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) and rapid prototyping tools
• Understanding of sensor technology, industrial control systems, or IoT devices
